XP Church Serve Teams are your opportunity to make a difference and impact both our church family and the gaming community in a number of ways. Take a look at all our ministries below and see where you may want to serve!

Bible Talk

Do you feel like you have a strong foundation and understanding of the Bible and want to help answer people's spiritual questions? If so, join our Bible Talk Team to help answer spiritual questions that people send in to our church to help gamers know God and grow in their faith!

Choir

Similar to the Worship Team, the purpose of the Choir is to allow the Holy Spirit to use them as they use their vocal gift and talent to lead all those in the room and online to praise and worship God through a special song..

Community Care Team

The goal of the Community Care Team is to provide one on one care for the community, showing that they are loved and not alone in their struggles. We are here to encourage others, be a listening ear, provide advice, pray for, and meet with those who are going through trials in their life. Having a specific love for the community is essential for this team, as well as gentleness and patience.

Connection Team

The purpose of the Connections Team is to be the first people that new people in the community meet. We are to reach out to the new people who come into the #introduceyourself channel of our Discord. To connect with people who have questions about the church and need information like water baptisms, membership, and other things, and give them the links to our information.

Events Team

We are looking to build a team of people who are excited to bring people together. The ask is simple, you would join a rotating schedule of people once or twice a month to join Discord Saturday's at 9:30pm ET, be in a voice room of your favorite game (i.e League of Legends) and invite people who also play that game to play with you! It's that easy!

Media Team

For our Media Team, we are looking for creative people who enjoy turning ideas into engaging visual content. From YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics to graphics for events, flyers, logos, and branding, the team helps share our message and bring the the church's vision to life.

For the following in-game communities we are looking for people who enjoy helping players, keeping the community welcoming and safe, and creating opportunities for the community to play together:

ModSquad

Discord & Stream Chat Moderators help keep our Discord and live stream chats a healthy and positive experience for our community!

Never been a moderator before? No worries! We will gladly walk you through and train you on how to use all of the epic moderator tools!

Service Team

The service team consists of those who are passionate about helping foster a great environment for others to have a positive experience in our voice channels both during service and after.

Do you enjoy talking to people in voice channels or pointing people toward the right info in Discord if they have questions? This could be the team for you!

Women's Ministry

To connect women to God and to connect them to each other. Through this, we hope for every woman in this ministry to be seen, heard, and valued. We will accomplish this through regular events, a private category in our church server where they can connect, being intentional about connection, and encouraging them to join an XP Group.

Worship Team

The purpose of the Worship Team is to allow the Holy Spirit to use and lead them as they use their musical gifts and talents to lead all those in the room and online to praise and worship God.

Our worship team is completely online and will require a microphone and camera.

XP Group Leader / Assistant Leader

XP Groups help people grow in their relationship with God and connect more deeply with others through community, Bible discussion, and practical learning.

XP Group Leader
Leads members of the community into deeper knowledge and understanding of God and into deeper relationship with each other. They do this by providing space for members to get more interaction time with each other, and to discuss the Bible and apply it to everyday life.

XP Group Assistant Leader
Supports the Group Leader, helps care for the group, and leads when the Group Leader is unavailable..
